When you download foreclosure or auction data to your computer, each column has a heading. Below is a list of the columns, or fields, along with a short description, the date the column was added and a longer description of the field.

			Each Notice of Default is assigned a Docket Number. The docket number is the legal reference number by which the Notice of Default is referenced in the court system.
